OVLO Valet turns vehicle drop-off into a two-minute, paperless experience. Our attendants check in your vehicle on a mobile device, and everything after that happens over text message - no app to download, no account to create.
Drop off. Hand your keys to an OVLO attendant. They record your name, mobile number, vehicle description, and license plate.
Get a confirmation text. You immediately receive a text confirming your vehicle is checked in, with your ticket number and a secure link to pay for parking if you haven't already paid on site.
Request your car by text. When you're ready to leave, reply 1 to that message. No need to find an attendant or wait in line.
Get status updates. We text you when your vehicle is being retrieved and again when it's out front and ready.
Customers who provide their mobile number at drop-off receive service messages about their vehicle for the duration of that visit only. These are transactional messages: check-in confirmation, payment link and receipt, vehicle-ready notifications, and replies from an attendant if you ask a question.
